SANADAK / THE WORKSPACE

From a blank page to a clear letter.

Choose a starting point, make it yours, and review it before you send. No account is required.

1. Choose the right purpose

Start with the task you need to complete: request employment verification, give notice of resignation, report a maintenance issue, or follow up on a purchase. Read the service’s limits first. A request from an employee is different from a letter issued by an employer.

2. Add facts, not unnecessary personal information

Required fields are marked with an asterisk. Your letter updates alongside the form. Use an exact date, the correct recipient, and a clear requested outcome. Do not enter passwords, card security codes, or identification numbers unless a recipient truly requires them; use their secure channel for sensitive records.

3. Review and customize

You can edit the letter text directly. Direct edits are kept until you choose Rebuild from fields; that action replaces them with the current form values. Add a logo or signature only if you are authorized to use it. A signature image does not certify a document.

4. Print, save, and send yourself

Choose US Letter or A4. Print / Save PDF opens a clean document window; use its print button and select Save as PDF in the browser dialog. Disable browser headers and footers for a clean output. You can also copy the text or download a text file. Check the recipient’s delivery instructions and send the document yourself.

Saving a draft

Saving is off by default. If enabled, only form fields are stored in this browser; direct letter edits and uploaded images are not saved. Avoid saving on shared devices. Restore a saved draft when you return, or delete it using Clear all or Browser data settings in the footer.
