Document fields and images

The document builder runs in your browser. This version does not send entered document fields, generated text, logos, signatures, or stamps to a document-generation server. These details are not put in the page URL. Copying, downloading, printing, or sending a letter through another application places the content in the destination you choose.

Optional local drafts

Fields are stored in browser localStorage only when you enable Save these fields on this browser. Direct edits and uploaded images are not persisted. Drafts remain until you delete them or clear site data; there is no account backup or automatic expiration. A person with access to your browser profile may access saved drafts. Use Clear all in a document or Browser data settings in the footer to delete them. Older versions may have stored drafts automatically; the browser settings control also removes those drafts.

Other browser data

The template library may store your favorites and recently viewed template IDs in localStorage. English and Arabic are selected by the page URL. Core document creation works without enabling draft storage. You can delete saved site data through this website or your browser settings.

Analytics, ads, and technical requests

Third-party analytics and advertising scripts are disabled in this version. Your browser still requests the site’s files from its hosting provider, which may process IP addresses, request details, and technical logs. Google Fonts is used to load interface fonts and receives normal web request information. This is why we do not claim that visiting the site sends no information to any server.

Contact and external links

Contact opens your email application. A message is sent only when you send it from that application, under its provider’s policies. We receive the information you choose to email. External resources have their own privacy practices. Send privacy questions to support@sanadakdocs.com; avoid sending identification documents or completed letters.
