PRACTICAL GUIDE
How to Add Your Company Logo to a Document
Sanadak lets you customize your document header with your company logo, contact information, signature, and stamp — all locally in your browser without uploading any data to a server.

Open header and images
Open Optional header and images in the builder. Add the organization information exactly as authorized. The header is optional; it is not needed for a personal request. A logo cannot turn an employee’s request into an employer-issued certificate.
Choose a readable image
Use PNG, JPG, or WebP, no larger than 2 MB per image. SVG and files that cannot be decoded as an allowed image are rejected. Choose a small, medium, or large logo and its left, center, or right position. Keep organization information short enough to leave space for the actual letter.
Signature and stamp are not authentication
Only upload a signature or stamp that you are authorized to use. The images appear below the text in the print view; check them before saving. For planning worksheets, signature and stamp placement is disabled because the output is not a document to sign. Remove an image with its Remove button.
Keep private images private
Uploaded images stay in the active editor and are not saved in local drafts or sent to a document service. They are cleared when the page closes or reloads. This does not secure a shared or compromised device, and an exported PDF still contains any images you chose to include. Store and share that PDF carefully.
