Prepare the letter
Complete the required fields and read the full draft. Check names, dates, amounts, and the recipient. Edit the text if needed, then select the review checkbox. Choose Letter or A4 as requested by the recipient. Check any optional header or signature in the print view before saving.
Open the print window
Select Print / Save PDF below the preview. A separate clean document opens. Select its print button, then choose Save as PDF from your browser’s destination options when available. If the window is blocked, allow popups for this site and try again. No PDF has been saved merely because the window opened.
Check layout before saving
Match the paper size in the print dialog to the selected size. Disable browser headers and footers to remove the page URL and date. Review every page for clipped text or awkward breaks. Long letters can span several pages. Browser and mobile print interfaces vary; use your browser’s print or share menu if needed. After saving, open the PDF and confirm that the text can be selected and the intended pages are present.
